Terms of use

Tellbo is provided by Banimo AB, a company in Sweden. Tellbo lets you practise job interviews out loud with an AI interviewer and get feedback afterwards.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). These terms add to that agreement; if they conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the licence itself.

Interviews need a Tellbo Pro subscription, weekly or monthly. Each plan comes with a set number of interview minutes. Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.

The interviewer and the feedback are generated by AI. They are meant to help you practise and may sometimes be wrong or incomplete. A score or readiness label is not a prediction of any real interview, and Tellbo does not guarantee that you will get a job.

• Use Tellbo for your own practice, and only upload content you have the right to use.
• Do not use Tellbo to get answers during a real, live interview, or to break the law or the rules of any employer.
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer or try to get around the limits of the service.

You keep the rights to your CV, the job details you enter and what you say. You let us process them only to provide Tellbo to you, as described in the privacy policy.

We are improving Tellbo all the time and may change or stop features. We will try to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.

You can stop using Tellbo and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for decisions you make based on Tellbo’s feedback. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or a Swedish court.
