Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Tellbo app and tellbo.com collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. Tellbo is built so that we keep as little as we can: your CV file is not kept, your calls are not recorded, and you can delete everything from the app.
1.Who we are
Banimo AB, a company in Sweden, is the controller of your personal data in Tellbo. Contact us at [email protected].
2.What we collect and why

3.Data that stays on your phone
Your speaking pace and filler-word statistics, your interview goal and date, your last interview setup and your caption setting are stored only on your phone. They are removed when you delete your account or the app.
4.Who helps us
We use these providers to run Tellbo. They process data only on our instructions.
- Our AI provider: runs the spoken interview and the AI tasks (reading your CV, preparing the interview, writing feedback, camera comments). Our requests ask it not to store the content for later use; it may keep data for a short time to detect abuse, under its agreement with us.
- Our subscription service: keeps track of your subscription status.
- Apple and Google: sign-in, and for Apple, payments through the App Store.
- Our hosting provider: runs our servers and database.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or analytics tools in the app.
5.Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, for example in the United States. When your data is transferred there, it is protected by safeguards approved under the GDPR, such as the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6.How long we keep data
- Your account, profile, interview setups and feedback: until you delete your account.
- Sign-in sessions: up to one year.
- Your CV file, call audio, transcripts and camera images: not kept, as described above.
7.Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. The quickest way to delete everything is in the app: Settings → Delete account. This ends any live call and removes your account and all data linked to it.
For anything else, write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or to the data protection authority where you live.
8.Children
Tellbo is not meant for anyone under 16.
9.This website
tellbo.com uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
10.Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Effective from October 27, 2026.
